Massive shout out to Jenni and the store manager Michelle. I had a pair of boots that I purchased 1 year ago in Newcastle that the leather had started peeling on. As soon as Michelle saw the boots she acknowledged the leather was faulty and immediately swapped them. She took a lot of time with me and even though she was not getting a sale she took her time with me, resized me and didn’t rush anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Jenni and Michelle and RM Williams. Their customer service was very impressive. I’m a very happy customer.

I went into the hobart store not knowing what sort of boot I was after and Irena helped me out straight away, even measured up my foot and gave me size options as the boots fit a very particular way! She was very thorough in fitting me and taking the time to explain what would be best for me for everyday wear, and how to take care of the boots to get the most out of them! I’m very happy with my choice and I’ve worn them nearly every day since! Would recommend the lady yearling boots and ask for Irena she will look after you!!!

I could not recommend the Hobart store more highly, my partner and I went in to purchase a pair of new boots and we were both so incredibly impressed with their level of service and knowledge. We ended up walking out of the store with 3 pairs!!! Michelle and Irena we're so patient and took the time ( close to 3 hours) to find the best fit of boots for my partner, sharing their knowledge and making sure we were purchasing the perfect pair of boots. I will never make an RMW purchase anywhere else after the incredible experience we had in the Hobart store.

Bought a pair of Craftsman boots, they are not cheap at $650 a pair but are comfortable, look great and good quality. I had an issue with my first pair but the staff were fantastic in assessing and replacing with a new pair which have been great. High quality and will hopefully last a long time. Would recommend and will buy again!

We had a beautiful experience yesterday at the Hobart store. We had a lovely woman named Irena and she helped my husband and I each choose a pair of boots each. Our first experience with RM Williams and it was exceptional. She was not incredibly experienced and informative and did not push sales on us. She took the time to explain the history and the way to care for the boots so they last a lifetime. We both left the store with our dream pair of boots and a fantastic souvenir from our travels to Tasmania. Thank you!

I had a really good experience at this RM Williams store. The salesperson Riley was super helpful. He fitted me with a pair of craftsman and showed me what the right fit should feel like. Unfortunately they didn't have the size in the colour I wanted. I really did want to buy a pair of shoes since I'm visiting from Canada on a cruise and we don't have the full selection of RM Williams in Vancouver. However Riley informed me that one of the locations in Adelaide had the size and colour in stock and lucky for me they are also on the next port stop destination.

Lovely service from Lee , he was so patient and helpful . My partner bought a pair of RM Williams boots and is very pleased with them. He was keen to maybe get a second pair but these were not in stock. We were told we would have to pay for them and then they would order them, then if they weren’t really what he wanted we would be refunded. This stopped us from buying them. We would have been happy to put a deposit of say$100 . Maybe the business should review this approach.

Always wonderful service from the team in the Hobart RM store. Amazing quality products that last and age beautifully. I have multiple boots and accessories from RM and love them all. Recently bought my partner a pair of the boots as well. She loves them.
